Every build starts at 5 pages with custom design, mobile optimization, advanced lead forms, high-speed hosting, security monitoring, backups, and plugin updates. Additional pages are $95 each. E-commerce and custom functionality are available on request.
Every plan includes a monthly health report and support — the tier and response priority depend on your plan level.
Most projects go from kickoff to launch within 2–4 weeks, depending on how quickly content and branding assets are provided. We begin the build once we have everything we need — the faster you can provide your materials, the faster your site goes live.
None at all. Everything is designed to run without you touching a single line of code. Your website is fully managed for you, and goCRM is built around a single screen with no settings, no technical menus, and no training required.
Essentials ($39/mo) covers your website, hosting, security, and standard support.
Partner ($99/mo) adds priority support, included content edits, and the standard scheduler.
Pro ($195/mo) unlocks the full goCRM suite — lead dashboard, email broadcasts, file management, Stripe billing, and VIP priority support.
CRM/Enterprise is fully custom-scoped. See the full comparison →
No long-term contract required. Services are month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel. You are only responsible for the current billing cycle at the time of cancellation — no early termination fees.
goCRM is our proprietary single-screen CRM built directly into your Powered Up Web site. It includes a lead pipeline (cold/warm/customer toggles), a Google Calendar-connected scheduler, automated meeting links, one-click email broadcasts to your contacts, file management via Google Drive, client interaction notes, and Stripe-powered billing — all from one dashboard, with no logins to other tools.
You don’t need it to have a website with us — it’s unlocked on the Pro plan and available standalone. But if you currently manage clients across multiple apps, goCRM replaces most of them. Learn more about goCRM →
Yes. goCRM is available as a standalone product under our CRM/Enterprise plan. Book a discovery call and we’ll scope a setup that fits your existing tech stack.
Yes. The goCRM scheduler syncs directly with your Google Calendar in real time, so clients only see times you’re actually available. When a booking is confirmed, Google Meet links are automatically generated and sent to both parties — no manual setup needed on your end.
With one click you can send a broadcast email to an entire segment of your contacts — cold leads, warm prospects, or active customers — without leaving the goCRM dashboard. Broadcasts are powered by Brevo, so every send is tracked, deliverable, and segmented automatically based on your contact’s pipeline status.
No separate email marketing tool or login required.
Your data is retained for 90 days after your service ends, giving you time to export or migrate your contact records. After 90 days it is permanently deleted. Financial transaction records are kept for up to 7 years as required by law. You can request early deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].
The build cost ($1,200–$2,500 depending on plan) covers everything it takes to design, build, and launch your custom site — time, tools, and expertise.
The monthly fee covers everything after launch: managed hosting, security monitoring, backups, plugin and core updates, your monthly health report, and ongoing support. Think of it as having a technical team on retainer so you never have to worry about any of it.
All fees are non-refundable once a project has begun or a billing cycle has started. If you have a concern about your service at any point, please contact us directly — we’d much rather resolve an issue than lose a client.
Yes — you can purchase full ownership of your website and move it to a host of your choice at any time. Transfer fees are based on the complexity of your build and current ownership pricing, confirmed in writing before anything begins. Upon payment we provide all files and documentation needed to migrate.
For details, contact us or see Section 5 of our Terms and Conditions.
When your plan ends, your license to use PoweredUpWeb-created assets (design, code, automations) expires and your site is deactivated. You have two options before cancelling: purchase full ownership to take the site with you, or let it go at the end of the cycle. Either way, we’ll make the transition as smooth as possible.
We offer unlimited revisions from kickoff all the way through to your site going live. We build to your vision, not ours — so we keep going until you’re happy. After launch, any changes are considered new scope and may involve additional fees depending on complexity.
To get started, it helps to have:
Don’t have all of that yet? No problem — we can work through it together on the discovery call.
Yes! In-person meetings are available at our Clearwater office:
We also offer phone calls and Google Meet video calls for clients anywhere in the US. Book your preferred format here →
The discovery call is a relaxed 20–30 minute conversation — no sales pressure, no commitment required. We’ll talk through your business, what you need from a website, whether goCRM is a fit, and what plan makes sense. From there we put together a clear proposal so you know exactly what you’re getting before anything starts.
Our standard integrations include:
Custom integrations with other platforms are available on Enterprise plans. Ask us about your specific needs.
We use a hybrid approach — AI tools may assist with certain parts of the process, like content drafting, workflow logic, or troubleshooting. But everything is reviewed, refined, and approved by our team before it ever reaches you. You’re never getting raw AI output delivered as a finished product.
Automated workflows depend on external platforms (Google, Stripe, Brevo, etc.) that occasionally update their APIs or experience outages. When this happens, we make commercially reasonable efforts to restore the workflow as quickly as possible. We monitor key integrations proactively and will notify you if something affecting your service goes down.
Per our Terms, we’re not liable for outages caused by third-party platform changes outside our control — but we’ll always be the ones working to fix it.
